Target Audience

"ReBirth" focused on universal archetypal images, therefore most people were able to relate strongly to the themes expressed, such as birth, life and death.

Those that like to explore and play, loved the environmental aspects of "ReBirth." Crawling on all fours in the birth canal and womb brought out the inner child of many that used to love building forts and enclosures in their youth. The womb environment also brings one back to the comfort and warmth of the womb in which life began.

Many people found the soft, warm womb to be very relaxing. The darkness, scent of frankincense and the constant heartbeat sound in the background also helped. Some people actually asked if they could meditate, relax or take a nap in the womb when it was not in use. I was happy to let them do so.

"ReBirth" served as a creative documentary of the explorations of the archetypal images found in my study. Those interested in subjects such as the floatation tank, dreams, archetypes, and myths found this aspect intriguing.

The people that took part in the free flotation sessions that shared their experiences were excited to see my animated interpretation of what they described.
