The following list of preparations is useful to read a day or so before a flotation session.

1. Do not shave the day you are scheduled to float, it may sting.

2. Avoid drugs, medication, smoking, caffeine, alcohol, etc. before using the tank.

3. For best results you should be well rested.

4. Do not float if you have any serious physical/mental illnesses, deep cuts/severe rashes.

5. Women should not use the tank during menstruation.

6. It is required to shower on location, immediately before and after tank use.

8. You will be asked to read over and sign terms and instructions before use.

9. After your session, you will be asked to fill out a form and to share your experience.

10. Donations are appreciated but not required.
